Capel Building, Dublin
Our project in Capel Building extended to 12,000 sq ft over two floors. The project faced onto a busy ground floor circulation area of a fully occupied multi tenanted building. This 12 week project involved the strip out of existing units from Cat B to Cat A. Our client then engaged us to carry out the follow-on works including the tenants Cat B works. This project was delivered to a very tight timeline and budget. We collaborated with the design team & our extensive supply chain to complete this high spec turnkey project. The project included glazed & plaster board acoustic partitions, extensive M&E interventions, brick slips & acoustic panelling, kitchen break out space, acoustic pods, extensive feature lighting and fully AV package.
Mediterranean Shipping Company
We were engaged by MSC to provide a design & build service in their Cherrywood head office. This turnkey project involved detailed management by the Jabes team from initial design concept to delivery of a world class corporate head office. The circa 10,000sq ft was delivered within a multi-tenant building with no disruption to the other building users. The project included acoustic partitions & meeting rooms, breakout space, open plan office and board room. A clear collaborative approach ensure our clients satisfaction through out the process of the project.
Private Office Client
This project involved a full Cat B fitout in a busy multi-tenant building. This 8000 sq ft project was delivered as programmed and within agreed budget constraints.

Office Fit Out & Refurb, Dublin
This project in Dublin city centre was a complete refurbishment and fit-out of offices in a period house. The original cornicing, sash windows and decorative plasterwork were restored by craftsmen using traditional techniques ensuring their preservation for future generations. The office fitout consisted of the installation of fire and acoustic rated glazed partitions, custom made joinery, floor finishes, full mechanical & electrical installation with high spec AV.
Kilmainham Sq
Our Kilmainham Sq project was completed in May 22. This project consisted of the installation of modification to the existing M&E services, Acoustic partitions, Fire rated door sets and the Gemino glazed partitions. Jabes Int are the only approved Gemino installation company in Ireland & UK markets and have delivered a number of high profile project in both jurisdictions. This project included tilt & turn remote control blinds within the cavity of the glass partition. We delivered this 6600sq ft project to a tight budget and timeline to the complete satisfaction of our client.
Student Accommodation, Galway
This project was a partial refurbishment and new-build of a purpose built student accommodation scheme in Galway. The project was carried out with the building still partially occupied and continued operating throughout the works with many invasive elements taking place outside of normal working hours. This project was completed to meet the clients expectations and specification within budget and handed over ahead of programme for student occupation.
Qorvo
This 12000 sq ft project was completed in a multi-tenant building over 3 phases in conjunction with SIG workplace. Jabes managed the project to ensure the phasing provided our client with full use of relevant sections of the building with no disruption to their business or other building users. We provided interventions to the existing M&E services with new ceilings, partitions, floor finishes & break out space.
Navan Road Nursing Home Fit Out
This project included the delivery of full structural encasement, Structural Frame System, Fire rated partitions, Acoustic performance partitions, 473 fire rated door sets including ironmongery and full fire stopping installation. The works were coordinated and tracked by Jabes project manager and delivered as programmed to our Client Esmonde developments. We coordinated the structural encasement, SFS & fire rated performance partitions from design to installation with our partners Knauf, Kemwell & extensive supply chain. We tracked all relevant performance packages using our on line system submitting photographic reports to our client as necessary with full transparency for all DT certifiers. This project was extensively delayed due to C-19 and is due for completion in Q1 21.
Spencer Hotel Extension
Jabes Interiors completed the following packages on this challenging project including, Structural encasement, SFS inner leaf, Fire rated partitions, Performance partitions & feature ceilings. We carried out design on the SFS, rated partitions & structural encasements with our design partners Knauf & Kemwell. We completed these works on this inner city site utilising our in house expertise including fire stopping, SFS & fire rated partitions. We controlled quality using our in house quality tracking system.
Tallaght Day Surgery
This project is an off campus additional support centre to Tallaght hospital. It was deemed as an essential project so continued through C-19. We carried out the installation of the performance partitions including fire rated, Acoustic rated, Lead lined & sterile ceiling finishes. Our in house expertise was critical in carrying out this project as the details particularly around the operating theatres were meticulously checked and signed off by 3rd party specialists without issue. We delivered this project on time and within budget to the complete satisfaction of our clients.
